Who is invited to Vacation Bible School?

Children who have completed Kindergarten* - 6th Grade.

(*Kindergarten students must be 6 years old by Sept. 1, 2012)

Their class will be the grade level just completed.

What is the cost?

        Vacation Bible School is free to every child! 

        We collect an offering each day that the children are encouraged to

        give to.  They can collect spare change or do odd jobs at home to

        earn extra money for this special offering. The offering is then given

        to the Texas Baptist Children's Home in Round Rock, Texas. The

        children are always excited to see who raises the most money for

        the Children's Home -- the Boys or the Girls!

How can I Register my child(ren)?

Parents, you can begin to register online

about 6 weeks before VBS begins.

We'll announce on the homepage once it is open.

Please register online at least 24 hours before your child

is to attend for the first time.

YOUR CHILD'S INFORMATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO THEIR TEACHER

IF YOU REGISTER ONLINE JUST BEFORE YOU ARRIVE THAT MORNING. 

You will be required to complete a paper registration for your child.

Click on LEARNER REGISTRATION tab on the left side of
the page and complete the registration form.

OR  Visit the Children's Ministry table in the Mall
on Sunday mornings or print forms at link below.

• If not registering online, registration forms are available:
  1.  Click here to print as many copies as needed:  2012 FORM
  2.  Pick up forms in the church office: 
               Monday -Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm; or
  3.  Visit our table in the WC on Sunday mornings during
       service times. (click on link for service times)

• PRE-REGISTRATION  WILL SAVE YOU TIME THE FIRST DAY OF VBS:

              1.  Use the online registration link above, OR

              2.  If completing a paper form, please turn in EARLY at the table

                in the Worship Center Mall or bring it to the church office before

                noon on Friday the week before VBS begins.

           On your child's first day to attend VBS, you can bypass the

           registration table and go directly to the Check-In station for the

           grade level your child has  just completed.

• IF YOU CANNOT PRE-REGISTER . . . IT'S NOT TOO LATE !

              Children may register the first day they attend VBS. Print out the form

              and turn in the completed form at the Registration Table the first day

              your child attends. Forms will be available before VBS each morning.

              Bring emergency information with you. Our registration form asks for

              contact phone numbers and insurance information.

(It is preferred that you register your children early. 
This allows us to give our teachers the approximate
number of children to be prepared for. )
